  • Third-Party Bookings: If you reserve via platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, or Vrbo, we receive basic details needed to honor your reservation.
  • Website Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and basic cookies to ensure site functionality.

Note: We do NOT store credit card details on our local servers. All online payments are handled securely through certified PCI-DSS payment gateways.

3. How & Why We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly under valid GDPR legal grounds:

  • To Fulfill Your Reservation: Managing check-ins, delivering digital key codes, providing guest support, and processing payments (Performance of Contract).

  • To Protect Our Properties & Guests: Ensuring property security, managing access, and preventing fraudulent activity (Legitimate Interest).

We do not sell or monetize your personal information. We share relevant data strictly with trusted service providers who assist our operations:

  • Software & Systems: Our Property Management System (Loggia PMS / Revplus Hellas S.A), direct booking engines, and channel managers.
  • Payment Processors: Certified financial payment gateways.
  • Operational Teams: Professional cleaning, maintenance, and key-holding contractors.
  • Legal & Public Authorities: Local tax departments, tourism authorities, or law enforcement when legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to satisfy operational, statutory, and legal requirements:

  • Reservation, Financial & Tax Records: Retained for 7 years following check-out to comply with statutory Cyprus corporate tax, accounting, and legal claim limitation laws.

We will NEVER contact you via WhatsApp or SMS requesting payment details or directing you to external payment links. Any legitimate payment request is conducted strictly through official platform messaging or direct booking channels.
